TMNT story set in Japan

Have there ever been any TMNT media set in the land of the rising sun besides Turtles In Time? If not, how would you make it? Would it be set in feudal or modern Japan? Do the turtles fight Yakuza as well as the foot? And which storylines would you adapt into this setting? City at War is what I’d pick, at least.

There were a few off the top off my head

The 2003 show had a story arc called "Secret Origins" set in Japan
Issues #46 and #47 in Mirage Volume 1
Various TMNT/Usagi Yojimbo crossovers including: Turtle Soup and Rabbit Stew, The Crossing, The Treaty, Shades of Green, WhereWhen, and so on

I'd personally like a closer look at the Foot Clan in modern Japan prior to the events of Civil at War. We don't really know a whole lot about Karai's leadership and how the clan operated.

This has always been a setting that I wish Mirage extrapolated on, there's a great story I think would work as a sequel to RTNY and CAW in which the Turtles have to take on the Council of Six (Depending on if we wanna pick the seeds from Vol 3) and discover who the "Faceless One" is.
